By car, taxi or online taxi
It takes about 90 minutes by taxi from Ngurah Rai International Airport to Padang Bai, and it costs Rp 315,000 by a prepaid taxi.
You can also take the online taxi as it is available all over Bali, like; Uber, Grab, Go-Jek etc to get to Padang Bai.
By bus or shuttle

You can take Sarbagita first and stop in Batu Bulan bus station (last stop), it costs Rp. 3,500. From Batu Bulan take bus to Padang Bai, which costs Rp 30,000, that will stop in intersection, and then from here you can take bemo to Padang Bai port and it costs 5000
Bemos routed through Padang Bai leave from Batubulan terminal in Denpasar. Bemos and minibuses arrive at, and depart from, the port entrance.
There are slow public ferries from Lembar harbour in Lombok to Padang Bai, it departs every hour for 24 hours. It usually takes four hours but it can be longer depending on the whether, it costs Rp 44,000.
Ferry staff often offer their private room to tourists for an extra Rp 50,000. The room is clean and comfortable with 2 or 3 beds.
Perama boat to Padang bai
Perama also provides the services from Lombok that costs Rp 200,000, and from the Gili Islands costs Rp 300,000 to Padang Bai for one way.
It takes 6 hours from Senggigi Lombok and 4 hours from Gili Trawangan.
