A village in South Kuta, which previously was just small fishermen village with a daily fish market, and it started in the 1980s.
Jimbaran is the laid-back and peaceful coastal village, stretches along a wide tranquility bay, which connects the Bukit Peninsula to southern Bali, featuring its popular seafood restaurants, and outstanding beachfront luxurious villas and resorts.
The bay itself has a pleasant white sand beach and is very safe for swimming. The three clusters of grilled seafood restaurants on the beach are a major tourist draw in the evenings, as is the truly stunning sunset.
Despite its transformation into a sophisticated tourist area, this beautiful village still keep their local and religious traditions. You will find the temple in front of Jimbaran market, which is the celebration centres. The celebrations parades normally take place from the temple along Jalan Pemelisan Agung street to the beach.
