2. Surfing at Kuta Beach

Kuta beach is a perfect surfing spot for the beginner, a board can be rented here too for the day. The surfing course is also available along the beach.

If you  although if you prefer something a little easier then you can also rent a body board and catch the waves that way.

3. Visit Bali Sea Turtle Society

Bali Sea Turtle Society is a turtle hatchery based in Kuta that works to protect turtle eggs and then releases the hatched turtles back into the wild.

You can join in the activity and watch as these cute little turtles take their first steps into the great ocean. Releasing the turtles to the sea is normally taking place after 4 pm from April to October which is turtle hatching season.

7. Visit the Bali Memorial

The Bali Memorial is dedicated to all those who lost their lives in the Bali Bomb in 2002.

The bomb attack on the Sari Nightclub killed 202 and 209 were injured, many of them Indonesians who were working in the area and the names of the dead are inscribed on the wall of the Bali Memorial.

Circus Waterpark is the main contender to Waterbom and is located in Tuban.
It is smaller than Waterbom but tickets are also cheaper, so it makes a good alternative choice.

The park has similar attractions to Waterbom such as slides and a relaxing lazy river, and there is of course a dedicated area for young children making this a great spot for the whole family.

Armada Flow House is a fun attraction if you like flow riding and want to give it a go in Kuta.

The venue offers you waves no matter what time of day and you can either ride the synthetic surf on a body board or a flow board.
